How We Put This Collection Together
Our goal was to curate a selection of only the best private homes, estates, and villas in locations around North America & the Caribbean that would suit the purpose of hosting Executive & Leadership Offsites.
Sorting through thousands of possible properties, we evaluated them based on a criteria specially created with the help of our C-Suite clients and YPO/EO members to what makes for the ideal property to host their retreats, in locations that served their needs.

We understand how important it is to have a designated space for your group to gather and discuss work, strategy, or other topics. With that in mind, we've looked for properties with great Wifi, simple A/V, and organic spaces to host your groups meetings.

We understand most C-Suite or Peer Groups need a bit of extra space that most Short-Term Rental sites like AirBnB or VRBO can't offer. We've chosen properties that offer at minimum 8 bedrooms to ensure nobody has to share, all with ensuite facilities.
Each of the properties we have selected are chosen for their seclusion, and ability to offer a private, safe space to host your next meeting or retreat, away from the hustle & bustle of a hotel or distractions of an office.

How Our Process Works
Our process is straightforward and transparent. You can customize your offsite or retreat as you wish, get approvals, and have your offsite fully booked within weeks.
Choose Your Property
Select from our collection of private estates and villas across North America and the Caribbean. Choose your dates, and confirm availability by submitting a request through our website. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with a confirmation of availability and rates over your preferred dates.
Build Your Itinerary
Use one of our templates to build out your ideal agenda, swapping in the right amount of work and meetings, fun activities, and team bonding to create the perfect agenda for your groups retreat. Looking for a world-class facilitator? No problem. Hoping for a unique activity to tap in to the local culture? We've got you covered!
Approve the Budget
Our budget tool will automatically create an estimate for your retreat. Once it's approved, our dedicated team of Retreat Experts will review it and confirm the details and availability with each supplier before reaching out to get the ball rolling on finalizing your retreat. If any substitutions need to be made - don't worry - you won't need to make any commitments until you're happy with the final plan and budget!
Pay the Deposit
We'll ask you to pay a deposit in order to begin locking things in, while we set up a call to start talking about the finer details. What the menus will look like, what your travel plans are, and honing in on the exact schedule.
You'll have plenty of support to ensure you feel comfortable and confident that your retreat is coming together exactly as you hoped.
